Youth Development - The Next Generation

The long term survival of cricket in Austria is dependent to a certain extent upon the success of a sustainable broad-based Youth Development Programme, as well as the establishment of a healthy corpus of coaches (e.g. by coach training courses) to impart the skills required to play cricket.
