Austrian Cricket Archive

Aim

The archive's aim is to build up a fully documented history of cricket in Austria from 1892 - when Cricket was first recorded as being played, and from 1975 when cricket was re-established in Austria, with the formation of Tattersall's XI, (which became the Vienna Cricket Verein, now Vienna Cricket Club), United Nations CC and Five Continents CC and the subsequent expansion of the game. If you have anything that you can contribute from Austria's cricketing past, please send an e-mail to Mike Bailey on [email protected]. Hopefully, by scanning photos, scorecards, newsletters, magazines and letters, and establishing a digital record of Austrian cricket, the ACA will safeguard its history for future generations.
